CalPing is a calendar notification service that sends WhatsApp or SMS reminders for events from your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar. The Service requires:

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis - please contact us at calpinghq@gmail.com to discuss your situation.
You may change your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you retain access to your current plan's features until then.

We are not liable for notification delivery failures, missed calendar events, or any consequences arising from service interruptions.
Your subscription plan includes a specific number of notifications per month. If you exceed your plan's message limit, additional notifications will not be sent until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. Unused messages do not roll over to subsequent months.
Your use of CalPing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We access your calendar data solely to provide notification services and do not modify or share your calendar events.
CalPing and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of CalPing. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CalPing and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALPING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
