We use your information to:

• Send you calendar event notifications via WhatsApp or SMS
• Sync your calendar events to provide timely reminders

5. Calendar Data Access

CalPing accesses your calendar data solely to provide notification services. We read your calendar events to determine when to send you reminders. We do not modify, delete, or share your calendar events. You can revoke calendar access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Calendar event data is automatically deleted after notifications are sent. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

CalPing is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers
